La courti\u00e8re immobili\u00e8re de Sotheby's International Realty Quebec qui s'occupe du dossier du golf, Rachelle Demers, a confirm\u00e9 que M. Richer n'ouvrira pas le site cet \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Elle mentionne \u00e9galement que des acheteurs visiteront l'endroit cette semaine. Si la vente se conclut rapidement, il se pourrait que le site ouvre pour la p\u00e9riode estivale.
